The notary is a public official appointed by the State to receive deeds between living persons and last wills and testaments, and to give them legal force and make them publicly credible. They interpret the client\u2019s will in many of the most important matters of their life and draft legally reliable and secure contracts and deeds. <\/p>\n
Dr Evelin Mairhofer won the notarial competition announced by decree of 10 April 2008 and has held the seat in Bruneck since 14 July 2012.
Dr Giorgio Vitalini won the notarial competition announced by decree of 10 July 2006 and has held the seat in Brunico since 10 July 2011. He has been a member of the Bolzano Chamber of Notaries since 2013. <\/p>\n
